Universal Dance
Sprint! Faster than the wind.
Leave no breath inside your lungs.
So that there is barely a whisper which echoes behind you,
"Slow down".
Reach! As high as the skies.
Touch the birds and don't look back.
Smell the flames that burn your heels,
something familiar in an alien terrain.
Do! All that is in you.
Do not leave it up to chance.
Set your sights and do not bargain,
in the universal dance.
Find! That worth all your troubles.
Not outside, right in your ship.
A treasure that is eternally binding,
A love so pure you cannot grip.
And as you circle round for ages,
losing hope of all return.
Peak outside your bedroom window,
A beautiful land, that some call Earth.
